'GarlicGingerFit started as a small dream: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Rossi family established our pizzeria in 1985, originating as a quaint family-owned business with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, the visionary behind our pizzeria, mastered the craft of pizza making during her travels across Italy, gaining insights from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After her return to the UK, she was committed to emulating the quintessence of genuine Italian pizza, maintaining classical methods and top-quality ingredients.
Starting as a humble 12-seat eatery, we have evolved into a cherished local hub, yet our dedication to excellence and truthfulness has remained steadfast. We continue to bake our pizzas in traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare dough from scratch each day, and choose the best quality produce available.
To this day, 'GarlicGingerFit is family-owned and directed, with the Rossi family's new generation at the helm, steering a devoted crew. Despite adopting new technologies, our business's core goal persists: offering delectable, real pizza that unites our community.
